Nate Howard
DISTRICT SUPERINTENDENT
Nate has served as the Eastern PA District Superintendent since 2018, bringing over four decades of C&MA ministry experience from Lombard, IL, Ecuador, New York City, and Vineland, NJ. His pastor's heart and profound love for Christ's church drives his vision to spearhead a movement of Gospel transformation and multiplication.

David Dixon
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Shaped by a military family background, David’s leadership brings together vision and strategic thinking for the multiplication of Jesus's church. After graduating from Lancaster Bible College, he married Melissa, and they have five children. His experience as student pastor, lead pastor, and church planter uniquely equips him to develop workers.

Alan Rathbun
DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR
Alan loves equipping and coaching pastors to be fruitful with Jesus in making and multiplying disciples. He previously served as a youth and associate pastor, then as a church planter and lead pastor in Harrisburg. He's married to Sandra and they have three married children and two grandchildren. Alan loves road trips and baseball.

Sharon Howard
CARE SPECIALIST
Sharon has served with her husband Nate for over 44 years in shepherding God’s people. She carries a unique passion to see pastors’ wives and women in ministry feel known and not alone. A big joy for her is seeing women flourish in their God-given design and then in turn spurring other women to do the same.

Jeff Heinaman
OPERATIONS SPECIALIST
Jeff moved back to Lancaster and joined the district team in 2021 after serving as Executive Pastor at Stonecrest Community Church in NJ. Previously, he worked in Accounting and IT with Johnson & Johnson and The BOC Group after graduating from Franklin & Marshall College. Jeff and his wife, Sharon, have three daughters.

Sandy Herman
ADMINISTRATIVE SPECIALIST
Born and raised in Enola, Sandy joins us after working at Daybreak Church in Mechanicsburg. She and her husband, Adam, have been married for 23 years. Helping people, especially women, know their identity in Christ is an absolute passion of hers and she was recently credentialed as a Life Coach.

Kassi Roedding
COMMUNICATIONS SPECIALIST
Kassi served for five years as the communication specialist for CAMA and Alliance Missions in Colorado Springs before joining the district in 2021. She has a bachelor's degree in communication and began her career at an ad agency. She spent 16 years of her childhood as an Alliance missionary kid in Quito, Ecuador.
Meet the Board
The District Executive Committee (DEXCOM) is the district’s board of directors. Members are elected by the District Conference, the legislative body of the district consisting of official licensed workers and other representatives from district churches.
Nate Howard serves as Chairman. David Dixon and Alan Rathbun serve as Ex officio members.
Meet the
Credentialing Council
The District Credentialing Council (DCC) oversees matters pertaining to accreditation of new workers and to licensing and discipline of official workers. Members are elected by the District Conference.
