Church Grants
We welcome Alliance churches and workers to apply for grants designed to equip and catalyze increasing gospel impact throughout the district. It’s easy to apply.
We are currently accepting applications. Apply by January 31.
Applying For A Grant
-
Each year we offer two opportunities to apply for a grant: Winter Grant Window (December 1 - January 31) and Summer Grant Window (June 1-July 31). A portion of the annual budget is allocated towards grants. We encourage churches to apply early in the year during the Winter Grant Window as there is no guarantee there will be any budgeted funds remaining to support summer grants.
-
Each grant application will be evaluated in light of the descriptions and requirements that are outlined in the overviews. Please read the overviews and descriptions carefully before submitting your application. The grant application must include the level of investment the individual and the local church will make and the benefit that would be gained from receiving the grant. Responses to grant proposals may include full funding as requested, partial funding, or no funding.
-
Grants will be distributed in the year in which they are awarded. They are awarded in February and August following DEXCOM meetings. Grants are awarded on an annual basis with no commitment to future years. Successful completion of evaluation that demonstrates the effectiveness of the grant will contribute to future grant consideration.
-
Grant evaluations help our district team determine the effectiveness of the grants awarded and give cause for celebration for the development and growth of our workers and churches. Each grant has an evaluation and a time frame for submission of that evaluation. Please be sure to read the overview for each grant for when the evaluation is to be completed. Please also note that successful completion of an evaluation will contribute to future grant consideration.
