We believe that an atmosphere of prayer and care among Alliance workers is the foundation for Gospel multiplication.

“keep alert with all perseverance, making supplication for all the saints”

Ephesians 6:18

Our desire is that every Alliance worker and spouse know they are known and not alone. We welcome new workers into regional care networks from day one, and they are encouraged to join God's work in their region.

What Are Care Networks?

Each of our regions have dedicated Prayer and Care Facilitators. These volunteers commit to consistent prayer and monthly connection with each person under their care. Through these intentional relationships, we are seeing stronger partnerships in each region.

The Heart of Multiplication

As care networks develop and strengthen, regions can begin to discern where God is at work and partner to carry out God’s heart. This also creates an environment where our district family can encourage and inspire each other by naturally sharing stories of how Jesus is transforming them, their churches, and their ministries.

Our Care Networks

  • Men's Care Network

In each region, workers connect to pray, share experiences, and support one another. Through monthly check-ins and, at times, regional gatherings, Alliance workers strengthen relationships to help them thrive in their calling.

  • Women's Care Network

Our network of workers and pastors’ wives builds prayer partnerships and intentional connections in each region. At times, women are given opportunities to meet up to share challenges, celebrations, and encouragement in living out their unique callings.

  • Chaplain's Network

Alliance credentialed chaplains stay connected through prayer and sharing stories as they serve God in diverse settings in Eastern PA. This network encourages chaplains and equips them for their vital ministry roles.

  • Retired Worker Network

Retired Alliance workers and spouses are a valued part of our district. Care Facilitators pray for and reach out to 100+ retired workers living throughout Eastern PA. They receive monthly newsletters and have opportunities to gather in person.
