Bill ministers to students at Lock Haven University of Pennsylvania through a partnership with Common Place Church. Bill’s passion for college students stems from 25 years of experiencing and seeing Jesus’ transformative work in the lives of the students he has worked with.

“I came to know Jesus the fall of what would have been my freshman year of college,” Bill says. “Jesus changed everything for me, the entire trajectory of my life, all for my good and His glory. I want that for other college students as well who face many difficult choices. As I was graciously transformed, so are current college students through the grace of Christ and in partnership with the local church. Join us!”
